Issue with Canal Plus

Hello everyone,
I’m not sure if I’m in the right forum, we’ll see.
My problem is as follows:
I watch F1 and Moto GP on Canal Plus on my PC. However, when I watch through Canalplus.com, the image is normal, meaning smooth and good quality. When I watch through the MyCanal app, the image is choppy and of poor quality.
Does anyone have an explanation?

    Maybe a bandwidth or server issue?

    Otherwise, ask your question to Canal (you have to do it in their Client Space, which I am not), but you don't seem to be the only one with this issue: https://assistance.canalplus.com/questions/1786130-qualite-image-peut-degrader-mycanal-soir

      Hello, to watch on your phone with My Canal, you need a good phone and a good Wi-Fi or 4G connection.
      So, turn off the Wi-Fi and test it on 4G with your phone plan.
