My Instagram account is linked to my Facebook account, unfortunately I no longer have access to my Instagram credentials with which I registered. When I try to recover my now locked account via Facebook, Instagram provides the usual procedure, but the last step to validate due to two-factor authentication is to provide a code to a number that hasn't been mine for years and that isn't even assigned anymore
How can I bypass the code by phone?

If the site is asking you for this authentication, it means you activated it with a phone number that you probably no longer have and forgot to update this information in your account.
So the only way is to log in with a recognized device, provided that the cookies haven't been deleted.
