Hello. As part of monitoring my charging station, I’m trying to access its fixed IP address from a browser. But when I type its IP address 198.xxx.1.xxx, I get a "This site can’t be reached" message.

However, I’ve already configured this style of IP address for another device, a pool pump, and it works.

Could you offer a solution? I’m stuck. Thanks to everyone.

    Hello,

    Is the device properly connected to the box? How, Wi-Fi, Ethernet? How do you know its address? Do you see this address in the Freebox settings (network devices)?

    You can provide the 192... addresses, these are local IPs; each device behind a box has these same addresses.

    It is possible that your device already has an IP address assigned that is not in the same range as your network.
    Check if you can switch it to a dynamic IP so that it can obtain an address from your network's DHCP server.
