    Since we are not fortune-tellers, please take the time to specify:

    1. "I’m using Office 2024 I’m being asked for the key" =>
      1. Do you want to use Office 2024 for the first time?
      2. Have you already used it, and suddenly you are being asked for the activation key?
    2. "the product key is requested and it fails" => 
      1. How did you install the product? With a installation CD, by downloading from an official site, by piracy or illegal copy?
      2. You have the key, you use it, but it isn’t recognized?

    Nice, retirement! Especially in the Caribbean...
