Hello, I just came out of a tobacco shop, and what's worse, I found myself with a PCS recharge ticket worth €250 that has already been used, it's unclear. The tobacconist printed the tickets right in front of me. No one else could have accessed the code. How does PCS explain that the recharge has already been used??? That's the question I'm asking.

How do you know that the ticket has already been used? Did you use a verification site?
If so, it was a scam; such sites do not exist.

No, I specifically connected my son's PCS card to recharge it, and it said coupon already used.
