Hello, for a few days now I've been unable to update Chrome (which used to happen automatically). I uninstalled Chrome and then reinstalled it, but it still shows error 11. I checked to see if Google was blocked by the firewall... No. All my software is up to date: BIG SUR 11.12.3, and my antivirus is Intego. Thank you very much if a member of CCM can help me.

The current version of Big Sur is 11.3.1... ??
You should uninstall completely Chrome and reinstall it after ensuring that Big Sur is up to date.

Another option for uninstalling Chrome completely is to use AppCleaner:

Good evening Francis, thank you for your advice. I indeed made a mistake last time regarding my Big Sur version because today I just updated and it's actually 11.3.1. I uninstalled Chrome and then reinstalled it, so it’s up to date. And especially a big thank you for AppCleaner that I didn't know and that I rushed to download. Thank you again !!!!! lotus31
