Hello,
My problem is as follows: I have a Toshiba Dynabook laptop in which I wanted to install an operating system from a USB drive. After I start the installation, I get the message Disk error press any key to restart. When I press a key on my keyboard, the same message appears below, and so on.
I would like some help please, as I don't know what to do.

Hello
To troubleshoot and test your computer's hard drive, we will create a bootable USB drive
it contains a mini Windows 10
Since the computer is locked up, you need to create this from another working computer.
download the ISO file ( Win10PESE_x64_1703-v2.iso ) Here
then we will create the USB drive using "RUFUS"
Download it here
follow the tutorial to create the bootable USB drive with "Rufus" here
In "Partition scheme"
if the computer is old (more than 8 years, non-UEFI BIOS), you need to set "MBR"
If the computer is recent (UEFI BIOS), you need to set "GPT"
The preparation and copying to the USB drive will take place.
start the PC from the USB drive
here is what you should have
