besoin d'aide infection ? Nombreux problemes Fermé

Bonjour a tous,
Jexplique mon cas:
Depuis quelques jours deja au demarrage de windows j'ai un message d'erreur :

Windows ne trouve pas "D:\install.exe.
Verifiez que vous avez entré le nom correctement et essayer a nouveau,
pour rechercher un fichier ,cliquez sur le bouton demarré ,puis recherché.

Et Spybot 
Modif de registre bloquées
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce\RCAInstaller=

En plus Antivir m'a detecter PCK	elock  ???? Tous a l'heure
 
Mon frere m'a fait installer tous un tas de truc et fais faire des scan mais je ne suis pas convaincu.
Ils n'ont rien trouvé.
C'est mon 1er probleme depuis 2 ans ...
J'ai changer Avast pour Antivir....

A oui j'ai aussi essayer en scannant en mode sans echec

Sous la question "Comment réagir ?" : 

-> clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaines" 
-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système" 

Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse 

->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions " 

->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous". 

->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le rapport ici

Par contre j'ai oublié de dire que mon explorateur windows fermer des fois.

Clean permettra de faire du nettoyage et supprimer des fichiers que des anti-virus et anti-spywares n'ont pas pu trouver. Le logiciel est régulièrement mis à jour, vous devrez donc le re-téléchargé pour obtenir une version plus récente.

·  Téléchargez clean.zip, décompressez-le sur votre bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), vous obtenez alors un dossier clean 
·  Démarrez Windows en mode sans échec : Guide pour redémarrer en mode sans échec 
·  Ouvrez le dossier clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-cliquez sur clean.cmd, une fenêtre noire va apparaître pendant un instant, laissez la ouverte jusqu'à ce qu'elle se ferme.

les plantages intempestifs peuvent etre dû a une surchauffe de l'ordi:    ouvrir l'ordi et virer la poussière doucement pour voir surtout au niveau des ventilo


ou un pb materiel : souvent c'est la memoire vive qui plante, pour verifier utilise memtest à graver au format iso et à booter dessus au demarrage:

Merci encore de ton aide .explerer.exe a racontrer un probleme et dois fermer....il ferme ma barre des taches et elle redamarre aussitot.Mais il ne l'a pas fait aujourd'hui.

J'ai bien nettoyé.
Les pilotes de mon graveur et lecteur sont a jours.
J'ai reussi a graver et je pense que la marque du cd y ete un peu pour quelque chose.
En ce qui concerne les fermeture de mon explorateur cela continu beaucoup plus rarement il faut le dire.

Pour celà, lancer HJT, puis do a system scan only. Repérer les ligne ci dessus, et cocher la case devant. Refermer Internet explorer, puis presser le bouton FixChecked dans HJT. Au prochain redémarrage, cette entrée en base de registre disparaitra.

fais ceci, 

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau. 
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe 
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici : 
• Redémarre ton ordinateur 
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde). 
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître. 
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée". 
• Choisis ton compte. 
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous : 
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script. 
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. 
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. 
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. 
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau. 
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. 
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

c'est inernet qui ferme ou windows?
si c'est windows ca peut etre un pb materiel : surchauffe par exemple ou memoire vive defectueuse

pour voir la temperature de l'ordi: utiliser speedfan  ou everest home edition


dans ce cas ouvrir l'ordi et enlever la poussiere





tester la memoire vive avec memtest

Salut et excuse moi pour ma reponse tres tardive.
Ayant eu de nouveau probleme avec mon graveur j'ai amener mon ordi a mon S.A.V car il ete sous garantis.
Ils m'ont changer le graveur et changer une barette Ram.
Je viens de recuperer mon ordi et j'ai passer mes premier jour a reinstaller mes logiciels.
Un derneir petit conseil me serait utile.
Ma configuration securité est elle sufisante:
Firefox   No script&Adblock plus
Zone Alarm
Spybot&ad Aware SE Personnal
A.Squared free 
Antivir
Je surfe le plus souvent en compte limité et j'ai protégé mon compte administrateur par mot de passe.
Je pense avoir suivis la plupart des conseils de sécurité .
Ai je oublié quelque chose?

Besoin d'aide infection ? Nombreux problemes
