Hello,
When I turned on my computer, HP asked me to update the BIOS. So I started it, but the progress bar has been stuck at 0% for two hours now.
I tried turning off the computer by holding down the power button, but that didn’t work. The computer isn’t responding to anything and remains stuck on the ongoing update that isn’t progressing.
If you have a solution, I would be very grateful!

I think that by now, the problem must have been resolved, but for those who follow, I wanted to share a simple tip.
I was also stuck on the HP BIOS Update white screen.
I simply pressed ctrl alt delete simultaneously, and my computer was able to return to the login screen where I enter the password. Then I restarted the update.
