Corrupted files

Hello,
My laptop, which is usually quite fast, has been incredibly slow since this morning.
I ran a system scan with Revo Uninstaller and got the following result:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at the following path:
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Example: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE switch.

I couldn't manage to perform the recommended repairs. Can you help me?
Thank you very much in advance.

    Hello,

    Try this command (like for scannow)

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    Then, run Sfc /scannow again

    I'm putting the procedure here just in case:

    --> In Cortana, type CMD
    --> Right-click on Command Prompt and run as administrator
    --> In the prompt, type DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and hit enter
    --> At the end of the scan, type sfc /scannow and hit enter

      The analysis got stuck at 62.3%. I restarted the procedure twice but it's impossible to start a new analysis.

        Check your hard drives with CrystalDiskInfo

        CrystalDiskInfo tells me that the status of the HDD and SSD is good, indicated by a blue color code.

        RE_

        Try launching both commands in safe mode (write down the commands in a file so you can copy/paste them)

        --> Start in safe mode from the settings: https://www.malekal.com/demarrer-windows10-mode-echec/#Demarrer_Windows_10_en_mode_sans_echec

        --> In the tutorial, you need to scroll down to Recovery Options

        --> Options 4 or 5

        Follow from a phone or another PC if possible.

    Hello.
    If you have the list of corrupted files, knowing which ones would have facilitated the response.
    Otherwise, the solution to your problem is here: https://www.malekal.com/reparer-windows10-sans-perte-donnees/

      I followed your link Malekal and I'm struggling with the recommended manipulations. I'm afraid of causing even more damage.
      You say that if I had the list of corrupted files, it would make things easier. How can I obtain this list?

    To revisit your initial message:

    For online repairs, the details are included in the CBS log file located at the following path:
    windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Example: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, the details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE switch.

    Additionally, when you say that you're struggling with the steps, at what point in the explanations does that relate? There are several sites that explain how to reset Windows 10 without data loss. Just type this phrase and check another site to see if the explanations seem clearer to you.

        Hello. In fact, it's at this location:
        C:\Windows\Logs\CBS
