Hello,
I've really looked everywhere but nothing is helping me.
My problem is actually very simple, I think.
I just want to replace a file in a folder.
Here is the response from Windows:

Can anyone help, please?
Thanks in advance.

      Good evening,
so simply put, my antivirus from the brand Trend Micro was blocking the movement of the file. I disabled everything and it went smoothly after that. :)
If that's not the case for you, don’t forget to select "Administrator on your account" properly.
      Goodbye
