Hello,
I was given a Maxify MB5350 printer that no longer prints in black, only in color. I attempted to clean the print head, but nothing worked.
I just bought a Canon QY6-0087 replacement print head, but the problem remains the same, and there are no error messages. The printer detects the black cartridge and its estimated ink level, but it only prints in color.
I also changed the black cartridge just to be sure, but it doesn’t change anything.
I have also cleaned the print head cleaning sponges. Do you have any suggestions for me, please? Best regards

Exactly the same problem, except that it's the magenta that doesn't work anymore; head cleaning, cartridge change, nothing works...

If you want, I'm willing to buy your print head from you (especially if it's new or if you're sure the problem doesn't come from it).
