My new CANON MF3010 printer won't print.

Hello,
This is Ikram.
I bought a new CANON iSENSYS MF3010 printer.
When I try to print, I get the error message above. But when I try with a second PC, I have no problem.
The printer works fine.
Please let me know where the malfunction is.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 85.0

Good evening,
what error message are you getting? If your printer is new and it's not working properly, it's better to exchange it at customer service.
