Hello. I can't remove my black cartridge from my printer. The cartridge holder is stuck on the right (my computer is an APPLE MAC)

Is your printer turned on?
According to the manual... https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/M/MB5000%20series/FR/BG/bg-ink1000.html it must be powered on.
