Hello,
The additional handset A58H no longer charges the batteries. If I move the batteries to handset 1, they charge. If I put handset 1 on the base of the additional handset, they charge. Handset 2 no longer charges the batteries regardless of the charging dock.
Is there a setting to adjust?
Configuration: Windows / Edge 88.0.705.74

Hello.
There are no settings available. If you have a digital multimeter on hand, set it to 20 V DC and check the output voltage on the load terminals. You should read between 7.5 and 8.2 volts on the multimeter.

Thank you for this response, but you are not reading the full content of the message. Indeed, I was saying that the combined 1 charges the batteries regardless of the discharge support, whether it is the base or the additional one.

If it's not the charger and not the batteries, then there is likely a bad connection between the handset and the charger or between the batteries and the contacts of the handset.
You put the batteries from handset 2 into handset 1 and that’s fine.
If you place handset 2 instead of handset 1, what happens?
When you set handset 2 on its base, do you hear a beep?
