Why is nothing displayed on the combination screen?

Hello,

The screen on the handset is not displaying anything, why? It receives the call but there is no display on the screen, so I don't know who is calling me. Thank you for getting back to me as soon as possible.

    What are the references (Brand and model) of this phone?

    The screen is not displaying anything.. are the batteries good?

    It's very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
