On the site fitpowerforce.com, a smartwatch was ordered, received but not functioning properly: battery has little autonomy, heart rate is erratic... After contacting customer service, several successive proposals: turn it off and turn it on again, send it back to the United States (27 € at my expense), 30% refund while keeping the watch, ultimately, they will send you a new watch tomorrow after testing it... It's been a month.
Website to avoid at all costs.

Hello,
nothing surprising about this kind of websites proliferating on the net, watches are bought for a few euros on Chinese websites and resold with a very good margin, for example:
On fitpowerforce.com see this page
On aliexpress

SEE BELOW SOME USEFUL INFO THAT SHOULD BE READ CAREFULLY.

1- THERE ARE SEVERAL SOLUTIONS TO GET YOUR PURCHASE REFUNDED:

SOLUTION 1

If the purchase was made via Paypal request a refund SEE THIS PAGE

SOLUTION 2

If the purchase was made via credit card you can also get a refund via "chargeback", see these two pages:
PAGE No.1
PAGE No.2

2- Certain rules must be followed before ordering from a site:

1- Check if there are reviews available online.
2- Verify at the bottom of the page if the MANDATORY legal notices are present, see THIS PAGE.
Simple rule: NO LEGAL MENTIONS, DO NOT ORDER.
3- Check if there is a postal address as well as a phone number and email to contact the site in case of problems.
4- If a postal address is mentioned, verify if this address exists on https://www.google.com/maps/
5- Go to this site, enter the homepage address of the site you want to order from to see its location and how long it has been around.
6- When ordering from a foreign site, recourse in case of problem is most often impossible.
7- Very low prices are a sign of counterfeit of very poor quality and also sometimes a scam (you never receive the items).

Hello,

it's another form of sport, but it's still a pleasure to read!

It was clearly written:

"You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it."

And you may be in this situation:

"There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable) Books with obvious signs of use. </li> CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened. </li> Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error. </li> Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.</li></ul>"

Hello, Clarckos
I do not quite understand the content of your response. I did not send this message to receive a legal lesson, but just to inform the readers of the lack of seriousness of this site. Nothing more, nothing less.
Best regards

Good evening

1/ I imply that there are tons of people like you who come here to "cry" scandal about a website (any website, I understand), a simple search on CCM would have shown you that opinions have already been shared here regarding FPF.com

2/ When buying abroad, one reads the small print of the terms and conditions, that's the least one can do, especially on a website that one doesn't know, moreover, on FPF.com, there was hardly anything, lucky for you.... but not for you.

3/ Your way of acting in the original message is like entering a café to go to the bathroom, without asking, without saying hello, and leaving as if nothing happened....

Neither more. Nor less.

Best regards.

Hello,

Just reading the comments left in this other discussion
https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-36468868-fitpowerforce-ce-site-est-il-fiable#p37032796

is enough to imagine the reliability of the site and the quality of the products being sold...

It's worth noting that someone (most likely linked to the said company) attempted for several months, under various pseudonyms (but all originating from the same computer), to have the discussion deleted and to leave false positive reviews.
With such methods... one can only presume the lack of seriousness of the company and the (non)consideration they give to their customers...

My smartwatch is only 2 weeks old and it no longer works, and yet I haven't done anything special for it to stop working. I am completely disappointed given the price it cost.
