Having read your generally negative reviews, I also have serious doubts about this site.
I ordered an elite Smartwatch on sale for €49.90, lured by their "fake" countdown on August 30, 2020. As they promised, I received no email in return. However, I noticed on my bank statement that my payment via secured Virtualis credit card (thankfully) is going to be charged on September 30 under the name POWERFORCE SANTA FE. Despite sending them an email on September 2, asking for confirmation of my order and the delivery date, they were supposed to respond within 24 hours as stated on their site, but to this day, I still have no news from them, so I am reiterating my request. If I receive my order by then, fearing the quality of the watch, I will keep you posted.

I do not recommend this watch brand either.
I purchased a watch a month and a half ago and it no longer works.
After filing a complaint, the customer service informed me that the watches on sale are only guaranteed for 1 month (even though 75% of their products are) and that I have to pay the shipping costs (€15) to return for a new watch (which might only last a month and a half?).
Therefore, I do not recommend this brand at all, whether for reliability or customer service!

I confirm the complete lack of seriousness of this site. Two watches ordered and received but not functioning, and since then, complete radio silence from POWERFORCE.
Selling gadgets is fine, but ensuring after-sales service is something you need to get up to speed on.
Making excuses by saying that the customer doesn't know how to use the watches won't work, especially since the two watches do not charge and are unusable.

Hello, I ordered the Neo watch on December 7 and received it yesterday, December 22, with apparently good order tracking. I was very scared after seeing the comments about ending up with a toy watch. We'll have to see over time, but I assume that a watch costing €59 cannot have the same quality as a watch priced at €250 in a store. For now, I have no issues, but I’ll keep you updated.
I also bought a watch from them, today the pedometer is no longer working, and I think the blood pressure measurement is bogus, because it's always the same!! And regarding sleep, it says anything, because I've gotten up, and it tells me "waking" = 0 times, I'm not a sleepwalker. I think it's wiser to avoid this site, I had seen the negative comments, but I had already placed my order, etc..

I made a purchase on this site on December 13, I received it on December 30 instead of the 24 to 48 hours as announced + a charge for a foreign transaction and after a week the bracelet is already broken. The calories and step count, distance do not match reality at all.

I confirm it's the biggest scam I've ever experienced. At first, everything goes well, they respond quickly... Until the day they insinuate that my package has been delivered when it definitely hasn't (it had been a month since I ordered it. I knew it would take a while but still...)
So I send them emails saying that I still haven't received my package, and they respond completely off-topic, telling me that according to the post office, I had indeed received my package. I then kindly asked them to resend my package to my address or refund me, and suddenly they respond much less quickly... After several emails, I told them that if they didn't do something, I would report them to the DGCRF (fraudulent website reporting site) and from there, I receive two emails, one saying: You have no right to threaten us... So I will not refund you, and another one telling me okay madam, please give us your address so we can resend it to your home.??!!! WE CAN THEREFORE OBSERVE POOR COMMUNICATION WITHIN THIS COMPANY. It could have ended well but no... I received my smartwatch in bright pink (a color I absolutely did not want) and on top of that without a charger... 50€ down the drain... BIG LIARS!!

Big scam. I received the watch I ordered. I charged it, and when it reached 3/4 charge, still plugged in, it stopped working. 0 charge and it won't restart. Customer service told me that I don't know how to charge it. In short, I conclude that I'm foolish. The reviews on this site are bad. Crooks.
Hello, I ordered a watch on February 9, 2023, for an amount of €69.90, which was charged on February 10. Today is February 17, and I still have not received any news. I called 07 56 92 39 50, but this number is no longer in service. I believe I have been scammed; this site is a real SCAM, I do not recommend it.
Which "infinity" watch model is it?
Because I have one and the strap is broken, and I haven't received any response from the powerforce site.
