Absolutely, buying such a watch is a scam: it syncs whenever it wants. I also got scammed, and when I asked for a refund, I was told: No way.

same issue, after 6 months the watch won't turn on anymore, warranty request which is denied because it's stated that since these watches are supposedly end-of-line products, the warranty is only 30 days, yet to date, 6 months later, the watches are still on sale at the same price, so beware of scammers.

I asked for help via Facebook and they assisted me with a video. The delivery takes longer than elsewhere but I think the service is worth it.

I also purchased a so-called smart watch from the fitpowerforce site, which I consider to be a scam. There was a countdown clock mentioning a limited time to make a good deal, so I stupidly rushed to buy it. After a month and a half, I received something that resembled a watch, but in the end, it's a heart tracker (a device for measuring blood pressure) of poor quality.
I tried to contact the seller for a refund, but they sent me back to the terms and conditions where it states that discounted products are non-refundable, and knowing that all their products are discounted, none will be refunded in case of dissatisfaction.
Their process is well-rehearsed; it's a notorious scam.
Post as much information as possible so that others don't get scammed.

Yes, I agree with you, I am very disappointed with my purchase, the watch does not work, the original price is absolutely unjustified, these are gadget watches but not reliable.
I bought another watch for hardly more at a store and it works well. The battery lasts a long time.

the fact that you had a satisfactory experience with this seller does not allow you to deny the hundreds of dissatisfied customers. And it's not a matter of taste or preference; the majority of the watches sent are of very poor quality and do not function properly. Mine, for example, a DESTINY™ ÉVOLUTION, refuses to turn on when it's not in its charging dock.

What is being criticized about this seller is not only the poor quality of their products, but especially the very mediocre, if not almost non-existent, after-sales service. When you sell new products that are supposed to work and not be defective from the moment they are unpacked, you normally have nothing to reproach yourself for and willingly refund defective products,
including shipping costs.

This seller hides behind a re-shipping address in the United States to mislead customer perception in terms of credibility and discourage customers from requesting a refund due to the exorbitant shipping costs they incur: the cost to be refunded is €27.45 from France to the United States, nearly 75% of the watch's value.

2- This seller has based his business model on buying watches in bulk at very low prices to achieve the highest possible margin at the expense of customers he considers to be pigeons.
Depending on the batches he buys, some contain acceptable products for the price, but some contain defective products, and instead of returning the batch, he makes it a point to sell them off, to our great displeasure.

Selling supposedly "new" products while being aware that they are likely defective is, at best, a clear lack of seriousness, and at worst, a great scam, but making his customers bear the financial burden of this failure is simply unacceptable!

and this seller knows he risks very little, so he takes advantage of it.

One piece of advice: run away from this seller, and in case of doubt, always pay by PayPal to be able to open a dispute and hope to get refunded, including shipping costs.
