Hello,

I have a problem with the IPTV Smarters pro app. I don't have a smart TV, so I'm using a special device, but the issue is that since the last update of the IPTV app, I no longer have access to any channels. Normally, I have a menu with different sections where the channels are grouped, but that no longer displays and it keeps loading indefinitely, just like the movies and series. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app, but nothing has changed. I also reset the device, but I am still at the same point. So if anyone has a solution, I would be very grateful.

"Special device"??? What is that? There's nothing special about it; every device has a brand and a model... unless you made it yourself...

In your case, it's the supplier who messed up and who needs to know how to restore your IPTV... But we are not involved in that kind of activity...
