Hello everyone,
here's the issue, my daughter got a new phone, we reinstalled messenger, everything was fine until today, when she logs in with her username and password her account doesn't show up. What's strange is that on her old phone there are no issues, her account is open and when I send her a message, her bubble appears, and she receives the message on her old phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I went through the "it's not me" option they provide, I changed the password, nothing works. It's worth noting that my daughter uses messenger without Facebook, so we're using her phone number to log in. Do you have any idea why and especially a solution :) :)
and even when I try to create a messenger account with the phone number it redirects me to the account of another person!!
