I'm throwing a bottle into the sea because I am facing a problem that I have not been able to solve for several months.
Indeed, I cannot access community discussions on Messenger.
I am part of a group that has an associated discussion, but no one can invite me, and I feel like it comes from me.

A grayed-out message indicates the following message "This feature is not available to everyone."
I have tried resetting my phone, creating a new Facebook account, and many other things.
I have done a lot of research online, and I cannot find a rational solution to this malfunction.

I have contacted Facebook support several times, and I have never received a response from them.

I hope you can provide me with an answer or a coherent explanation.

    In your case, Facebook does not allow you to use this feature (and unfortunately, if this is indeed a decision by Facebook, there won't be any miracle solution...), Facebook decides...

    There are several possible reasons...!

    Community discussions are discussions specifically designed for Facebook groups. Note: they are not available for all groups (for example: business groups) or users at this time.

    However, a number of groups or users may not yet have access to the community discussions feature. If you have access to community discussions, they are visible in the left menu of your Messenger mobile apps, messenger.com, or your Facebook group.

    Group Admins

    Note: some European countries may not yet have access to all community discussion features, such as creating polls, using effects on words, sending stickers, or others.
