Hello,
I can no longer write to my teenager. The problem doesn't come from a blocked account. I’m sitting next to her and we can clearly see that I’m not blocked. She can write to me, and I can also send her photos or call her on Messenger, I can change the theme. But I can't write. I can message my other contacts, for example. Do you have any solutions? I assume we're talking about the phone.
Several steps in order to test:
1) Clear the cache of the Messenger app.
(if not okay)
2) Completely restart the phone.
(if not okay)
3) Uninstall and reinstall Messenger.
(if not okay)
4) Reset the phone.
