Safe mode PS4 controller not recognized??? Closed

Hello,
I need help because I reset my PS4 due to a bug (update) and it brought me to a page saying to connect with the USB cable and press PS, but nothing worked. I watched various tutorials but still got no results, reset the controller, changed the charger, changed the controller, unplugged the power cord for several seconds but nothing works

Hello,  I had the same problem, I solved it by changing the USB cable; it was the USB cable that was causing the issue.

Hi, I have the same problem as you!!!!
Have you found a solution???
My 2 controllers won't do anything, they blink once or twice but nothing more, it's driving me crazy ????????????
And of course, the console tells me to connect the DualShock 4 using a USB cable and then press the PS button, but it doesn't work because the controllers are not recognized. I hope you found a way to restart your console and that you can help me, thanks, have a good day.
