Startup issue with my PS4

Good evening, lately when I try to turn on my ps4, it first shows me the following message
Yet my cable is well connected, as are all the other components of a ps4

Then when I press the PS button, it shows me this
And I press Ok, the message below

Please, help me understand what is wrong with my ps4 and what solution you would recommend
I sincerely hope that my ps4 is not damaged since I bought it just 3 months ago

Your help would be greatly appreciated
