Ps4 is not detecting my controllers anymore.

Hello,

I am reaching out because my PS4 is no longer detecting my controllers. I tried the reset procedure for the controller, reconnecting after manually turning on the console. It didn’t work. I tested 4 different controllers on the console using the reset procedure, with no success.

Could this be due to the console's operating system? Is it possible to restore it to factory settings without the controller?

    I just reset the system via safe mode where the controller always works. I used the 900MB system software to restore it to factory settings. After the operation, the first screen asks me to connect the controller via USB and the controller won't connect. Not even after a reset. (T_T )(T_T).

    Help please, I would really like to play Mass Effect Andromeda è_é

      Exactly the same thing is happening to me! What should I do? Do we absolutely have to fix it at our expense?

      I fear so, as doing the repair yourself is very complex for a novice. Still, try the procedures I performed; you never know.

      me neither, it doesn't work but my controller works at my friend's place so it’s definitely your PlayStation that's not working
