I can't connect my Under Control controller that's only compatible with the Switch.

Hello, I have a synchronization problem between my Switch and my under control controller    Configuration: Android / Chrome 81.0.4044.117

You can try the following steps:  1 - Reset the controller. (apparently at the back of the controller) 2 - Start the controller by holding home 3 - Hold home and B to get the name of the controller recognized and displayed on the screen 4 - With the controller still on, start pairing by pressing the name of the controller on the screen while holding home and B The connection between the device and the controller should be established and displayed on the screen.  -- If the problem is solved or a solution is found, please indicate it; it's always useful for the community. ;-)

Hi,  could you provide a bit more detail, please? Is there a manual included with the controller? What have you already tried to do?  First of all, the first thing is to properly connect the controller directly via USB to the console the first time.  ++  -- If the issue is resolved or a solution is found, please indicate it; it's always useful for the community. ;-)

So for those who have the same problem and can't find it, you just need to go to the console settings and enable the option "Wired connection for Pro controllers." This will disable the wireless and NFC functions of the console when the controllers are connected via USB and will activate the wired controllers.

For my controller "under control ref 2928", I indeed had to enable the option "Wired connection for Pro controllers" as mentioned above by #aRandomPlayer this does not block the use of other controllers. Not tested with the Pro controller.

I can't connect my Under Control controller that's only compatible with the Switch.
