Safe mode PS4 controller not recognized???

Hello,
I need help because I reset my PS4 due to a bug (update) and it brought me to a page saying to connect with the USB cable and press PS, but nothing worked. I watched various tutorials but still got no results, reset the controller, changed the charger, changed the controller, unplugged the power cord for several seconds but nothing works

Hello,

I had the same problem, I solved it by changing the USB cable; it was the USB cable that was causing the issue.

Same here! I had 2 small USB cables and nothing to do with several controllers. The worst part is that it works to charge the controller. And I had a long one and now it works.
