Epson XP-247 unable to print

Hello,

I have an Epson XP-247 printer connected to my Mac. Suddenly, it refuses to print. When I start the printing process, it shows "ready to print" or even "printing in progress," but nothing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I managed to print a test page, but that's it. It systematically refuses any other print job.
Can someone help me?

    is the printer properly connected with USB? if wifi, is it correctly associated?
    but it's probably a driver issue
    are you sure you installed the software for Mac and not for Windows?
    it may seem obvious but it's worth checking.
    if you reinstalled the printer, did you remember to unplug the USB? on Windows you have to do this (remove the printer from the PC -> unplug USB, -> reinstall and plug in USB when the installation asks
    on Mac I don't know
