The error message tells me that there's no ink left while I have injected ink into the cartridges with a syringe. There is a chip on each cartridge.
I have always used original cartridges (I don't make many copies, etc.)
I have read topics where people are bothered by the kind of message you have regarding ink/cartridges
The user manual doesn't mention resetting at all or anything like that.
As far as I know, Epson changes the absorber for you for free

The radiation level is higher at the employment office than at Chernobyl.
I haven't made any progress, there used to be a small utility to download and install on the PC, but it seems that it's no longer up to date!
The reset CD is also available on sites like eBay and others, but I'm not sure if it still works.
You can possibly visit this site, HERE and see if you find something!
It’s possible there are some manipulations to be done, but I won’t be able to explain.
