Hello,
I have a client whose printer has a problem that I have not yet resolved;
it's an EPSON WF-2750 inkjet printer that cannot make copies via the control panel. Here’s the little phrase that has been annoying me since this afternoon while trying to fix it:
- "The paper source is not valid, press > to check the paper settings," except that the settings are green (print mode/paper size and so on), but the printer remains focused on this error.
The client has a laptop that does not have a built-in CD drive, so if I need to reset the printer to stop the problem, it isn’t possible unless I do it with mine and then integrate it onto theirs.
Please give me all possible solutions and hypotheses; they would be welcome, as it's urgent before Saturday.
Thank you very much for your understanding.

I looked at the dashboard settings with the manual, and even after adjusting the paper source, it didn't want to hear anything. So, I reset the settings to default and, oh miracle, the issue disappeared. I deduce that the guy must have tweaked something on that dashboard and stupidly didn't remember it.
