Black ink printing issue epson wf2510

Hello, I have an Epson WF2510 printer that I use every day. After changing the black cartridge, black is no longer printing at all. I have tried several new black cartridges but nothing works. When I run a nozzle check, there were initially broken black lines, and now there is nothing at all. I have done numerous nozzle cleanings, unplugged the power supply, removed all the cartridges, and put them back in. I don't know what else to do; can you please help me? Thank you in advance.

When you run a print test, is black present in the output results?

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. When I launch the printing of a test page, a gradient of white, gray, and black appears (see attached photo)

Indeed, it's more gray than black!
Are the cartridges brand-name, or are they generic?
Epson generally doesn't accept this kind of cartridges well.

I only use generic products!! Do you think that has clogged the jets?

I had this kind of story with an Epson SX510W, I ran a nozzle cleaning and a print head alignment, this was completed, but when I tried to print again, the machine didn't want to cooperate anymore!!!
I switched back to the original brand cartridges and haven't had any issues since.
You do what you think is best, but personally, I've forgotten about the generic cartridges, the brand costs a few euros more, but all things considered, given the problems it causes, you end up coming out ahead.

I don't know if I'm good advice, but one thing is certain and this happened with my printer, after changing the cartridges it accepted to print again.
I hope the same will be true for your machine.

Hello, I tested it with an original cartridge and it's still not working. I'm going to try a manual cleaning of the print heads!!

If I understand correctly what you just wrote, you would have assembled a branded cartridge while keeping the others; that’s how I understand your previous response, is that right?

Hello yes absolutely I only changed the black cartridge and the colors are still generic and work perfectly! Do you think it was necessary to change all the cartridges?

Let's just say that it was the case for me when I encountered the issues I described above, without a second thought, all the generic cartridges were removed.
However, it is still surprising that the black cartridge shows no reaction!!
