Hello,
I have an HP Deskjet 3070A printer (I bought it 3 years ago), it no longer works, I am an elderly person) someone came to reinstall it but we are stuck, when we try to print it comes up with the message "use the setup sample cartridges provided with the printer", we can't go any further... what can you advise me?
I am using HP cartridges, I even put in new ones...

Hello;
I don't know this printer, but looking online, it seems that this issue is known by HP and specific to this printer (HP 3070A) >> See this link
While continuing the search, I found this link >> On both links, there seems to be an identical solution to implement (See Nidesko for the first link and Hipito for the second link) >> Solution to try

Hello, I’m sorry to bring up this discussion that dates back… I have the same problem… with a newer printer. I tried clicking on the link you posted to find a solution but I only see recent posts that are not related to my issue. Would you be so kind as to guide me? Thank you in advance. Mélissa
Hello Mel .....
I suggest you open a new discussion in the Hardware / Printer Forum and explain exactly the problem you are currently facing.
Best regards
See you
