Unable to answer an incoming call

Hello,
I had an issue with my Wiko View3 Lite, it wouldn't ring when someone called me, and if it did, it was impossible to answer. No call notifications and I couldn't see who was calling.
So, I bought a new Wiko 5 on Saturday, I turn it on, put my SIM card in, and..... exactly the same problem with the new one!!!
I don’t understand anything. On the forums, everyone says I need to do a factory reset, but it's brand new!
If anyone has an idea, I’m all ears...

    Hello,

    Could you go to Settings, Apps, Phone, then force stop and clear the cache in storage?
    Then restart your phone and let me know if it works?
