Hello,

I just acquired a PEAKS II and after entering the PIN access code, my SFR account appears and I only have a neutral page with the earth-sun universe and 9 highlighted points like an access setting. When I press them, I form geometric figures but there's no start menu. Thank you for your help.

    I solved the problem on the WIKO site. There is a custom lock pattern with the 9 bright points; you need to follow the instructions to reformat the phone.
