Hello, I have a Wiko y60. Like several of you, my screen stays black when I have a call. And I can't answer. It rings and that's it.
I looked a bit in settings... Phone... But nothing looks like the answers already posted in the forums. Help
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Android / Chrome 89.0.4389.90

Hello,
I had the same issue on a WIKO Sunny in the last few days.
Settings/applications/(all applications)/phone: notification is set to 'blocked'.
Click on it, deselect 'block all', 'allow preview' is automatically selected. Go back, the 'notification' setting now shows 'normal'. Without restarting the mobile, I am again receiving my calls normally, caller & answer, everything is displayed.
RESOLVED!
(Did a Wiko update change this setting for Wiko users a few days ago?..) -
Hello,
Can you go to Settings, Apps, Phone, then force stop and clear the cache in storage?
Then restart your phone and let me know if it works?-
Thank you very much for your response. I just tried it, but it's not working. The screen is still black.
What else can I do?
This phone is my mom's. I'm at her place today. She doesn't know how to operate a smartphone.
Thanks again
My number is 0674897829, and I have access to the problematic Wiko until around 3 PM.

Hello,
Could you do a long press on a free space on your phone, Home settings, and enable receiving notifications?
Can you check that the volume is at maximum, then restart your phone and let me know if that works?
