Sound issue Redmi Note 9 Pro

Hello,
I have a problem with my Redmi Note 9 Pro. When I receive or make a call, the person can hear me but I can't hear them. I have to use the speakerphone to hear!
It's almost new, I bought it in August...
Can someone help me?

I have the same problem, the iPhone 9 since January-February. Rémi 9 asks for reboots and I can no longer hear when I call or receive calls unless it's on speakerphone, puff.

Hello

I have the same problem....unfortunately, I found out why when I disassembled it; the motherboard has a defect in the micro-soldering near the CPU and GPU (top left of the motherboard on the back). I solved it by putting a small wedge at the angle, but nothing works well,,,,,, just enough to play, surf the net, and check my emails without it rebooting constantly and the sound glitching. If you have one under warranty, don't hesitate to send it back!!!! They are definitely aware of this design flaw, even the overheating problem has apparently been addressed just like the PS3 issue with copper tape and thermal paste. This phone is garbage, the first one from Redmi that I find absolutely poorly made. Plus, 4GB of RAM is light these days.
