Hello,
My two keys "closed parenthesis" and "equal," located between the "9" key and the "Backspace" key, are not working. However, they work for the symbols that require pressing the Ctrl and AltGr keys.
I have already tried:
- Testing the keyboard on another PC: everything works
- Reinstalling the drivers: no changes
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard: no changes
- Checking the input languages: no changes
- Unchecking all keyboard accessibility options: no changes
Just to clarify: these keys do not work on the virtual keyboard either.
Aside from formatting the PC, I don't know what else to do.
And given all that I have on my PC, it would take me hours.
I absolutely need to work on Libre Office Calc, and it is really too complicated to keep a text file open to copy and paste the symbols I need.
I really hope you can help me.

Well, after months of struggle, I post a question on this forum and I find the answer.
The Nvidia Geforce Experience software allows the use of filters, which I use on certain games.
It turns out that these two keys were set as shortcuts in this software, which starts up when the PC boots and runs in the background.
I just had to change the key assignments.
