    What type of Canadian keyboard do you have?
    This one (which has two Alt keys):

    Hello,

    The problem is that you have a Canadian keyboard of which we do not know the type. It is therefore very difficult to give you an answer.
    If you have a separate numeric keypad (possibly combined with the main keyboard keys), you can use the following key combinations:

    left bracket [ : alt + 091 : Hold down alt and type 091 (do not type the + )

    right bracket ] : alt + 093

    Another solution: use the Windows character map (Charmap). It is available in the Windows Accessories from the Start menu.

    If you are unable to do anything, please send a photo of your keyboard. Use this icon:
    I cannot guarantee that I will be able to find a solution for the keyboard.

    If the keyboard is the same as the one shown in image 4
    I suppose the [ ] can be obtained directly by hitting the keys to the right of P.
