Slow Save As / File Manager
Hello,
For about 2 weeks / 1 month, I've been experiencing significant delays when the system tries to save files. Let me explain:
For example, when I download a PDF (or any type of file) on Chrome and I need to choose where to save it, the explorer opens but takes 2/3 minutes to load, and if I click on it, it tells me that the explorer is not responding.
The issue is the same when I save a file from Word, for instance.
But this problem also occurs when I try to upload a file on a website, and when I click the button to choose my file, the explorer crashes for 2/3 minutes as well.
Finally, when I delete a file via the explorer, I get the deletion progress window and the last percentage always takes a good minute, then once the window closes, the file is still present in the explorer; I have to refresh it to remove the file from the "view."
I've already tested my SSD with CrystalDisk and it is considered in good condition.
If anyone has a solution, I'm all ears because this problem is very annoying...

It might be high time to reinstall Windows.
Here is the tool to create the media (8GB USB stick min.) for reinstalling Windows
(It's not necessary to format, if there are files, they will be found in a Windows.old folder)

If you already have the Windows ISO file, you can create your USB stick with Rufus
Boot from it using the PC's Boot Menu

Choose "Custom installation" (Not upgrade)
Install it on the same partition, or if you prefer, delete all system partitions and create a new one (This will erase the data). -

Be careful about what you install, and disable the automatic startups of unnecessary programs.
You can disable or delete the automatic startups of third-party items (not Microsoft) by unchecking them or removing them by right-clicking > Delete in the "Logon" and "Scheduled Tasks" sections of Autoruns launched as administrator.
Check your services in the "Services" section, but do not disable them if they are sometimes useful; it's better to set them to "Manual" mode (to start as needed) using services.msc from Windows, by right-clicking the Start button > Run
Restart Windows for the changes to take effect. -
