Good evening. Currently, in order to free up space on my C drive, I noticed that I cannot delete files that take up unnecessary space and have an extension that ends with .tzar.
A window indicates "you need permission from System to modify this file". What should I do? Additionally, there's a leftover from an uninstalled game, and there is also the same file but ending with .exe that I cannot delete. Thank you for your help.

Hello,

This is a system folder, do not touch it.
If you have Windows Store applications that take up space, uninstall them.

Check in the Windows 10 settings
Apps
You can sort apps by size.

To free up disk space, you can start with a Windows cleanup:
Windows key + R
Type cleanmgr
Perform the cleanup.

Then, follow this tutorial: how to free up disk space on Windows
From the link, use WindirStat to visualize what is taking up disk space abnormally and clean up accordingly.
Try to determine what is taking up disk space abnormally with WindirStat.

It is important to use WindirStat to see what might be taking up space; feel free to take a screenshot if needed.
A screenshot of the list of folders
Another screenshot with the Windows folder expanded.
This will help see what is taking up space.

Thank you for your response. I have already done some cleaning, there is just this file from the series of G5, Virtual City, which is taking up unnecessary space. But since it is installed on my tablet and it synchronizes with the PC, it is possible that this is what is preventing the deletion of these two files. But I will follow your advice. Thank you again.

Accessing this folder is really complicated
Changing the permissions is not very advisable.
How big is this file?

I will try to make a tutorial by this weekend.

Good evening and thank you. I've done all the possible cleanups. I'm going to have to buy a more powerful laptop, at least 8 GB of RAM. There's no more space on the C drive even though I'm not installing anything. Yesterday I wanted to edit a PowerPoint file and it wasn't displaying all the images. Anyway, I use Photoshop, Ripl, I have meetings via Zoom... I need to step up my game.

For Photoshop, it's certain that you need at least 8 GB of RAM.
16 GB would be best
=> how much RAM do you need for Windows 10.
