Hello,
Please, I would like to forward my documents, scanning them into a single file one after the other before saving. Scan one page after the other and then finally have it as a single file. I am using the HP Deskjet 2130 print scan copy and my OS is Windows 8.1.

Unless I'm mistaken, most all-in-one devices come with an installation CD. The HP Smart utility should allow you to scan multiple documents in succession, and then save them all as a single file.
If that's not the case, there's an alternative: scan all your documents as PDF.
Install and then use PDFSam Basic. It's a very useful set of tools for manipulating PDF documents.
You will be able to import your files, arrange them, and merge them into a single document.
