Hello,
I have been using a Gigaset E560 for years and I am satisfied with it.
When the clocks changed for winter time, I set the time manually, and since then, whenever I receive a call, it resets to summer time.
I have reset the settings several times, but the problem remains the same.
If anyone can help me, thank you very much.

Hello,
Probably a similar issue as here:
https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-36907121-probleme-heure-gigaset-as-415#p36907314
Livebox is not showing the correct time... and the phone receives the time with every call.
At my place, it's impossible to set the correct time on the Livebox play; the time zone Paris (UTC+1) shows daylight saving time and switching to the London time zone (UTC) gives an even more incorrect hour.
For setting the box's time, see: https://assistance.orange.fr/livebox-modem/toutes-les-livebox-et-modems/depanner/un-probleme-de-materiel/la-livebox-affiche-un-message-d-erreur/livebox-play-retablir-l-heure_72930-73806
I cannot find in the E560 manual the option to disable the automatic time setting during a call as described for the AS415, but who knows, try to follow the instructions given for the AS415.
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...

Hello Baladur 13
I solved the problem by following your procedure:
Press the Menu button on the phone
Press the Star button
Press the Pound button
Press the Zero button
Press the Five button
Press the Pound button
Press the Seven button
Press the Three button
A line appears with 973: [2] blinking
Replace the 2 with 0</ital>
Confirm with Ok.
I will now try to get to the source of the issue, meaning that, when switching to winter time, the correct time zone did not set in the Livebox
I will take it slowly, not having your skills in this area
Thank you again for your relevant help
Best regards

Good evening baladur13
"results of the races"
I opened the configuration interface and the time zone set was indeed: Paris UTC+1
the time displayed was indeed correct
I therefore put the phone back with line 973. [ 2]
I made another test call, the time did not jump, did Orange intervene?
for now it's working fine, let's hope it lasts...
thank you for your help which allowed me to progress a bit in this area
