A long press on the # key locks and unlocks the keyboard....
(which is indicated by a padlock symbol next to the #)

Could you help me then? I did #33 and I typed the number, and then it said: When I want to call with my connected phone: Your line is locked, we cannot proceed with your call.
So if you can give me the instructions, that would be easier.

Can you describe what the screen of the handset displays as precisely as possible?
Is this symbol present?

Is this phone connected to a router?

The phone just tells me your line is locked. Is it the screen that displays "locked" or is it a voice that makes this observation?
