Gigaset A420 Date and Time Issue

Hello,
I just purchased a Gigaset A420 Trio and when I save the date and time, after about 2 hours, it loses 1 hour. Can you help me please? Thank you for your responses.

    Hello,
    in my case, it's impossible to display "973 SET"
    after searching a notice in English, I found the procedure:
    - Menu -
    - star key
    - pound key
    - key 0
    - key 5
    - pound key
    - key 7
    and finally key 3, then "973 SET: (2)" is displayed
    after that, key 0, or 1 or 2 according to your choice.

      Thank you so much... my phone was often resetting itself and would always revert to January with any time. I changed the batteries, but it didn't help...

      Thank you: I had the same problem and I just followed the procedure. It seems that the issue is resolved. Now we have to wait a few hours because sometimes when doing it manually, it would still revert to January no matter what.
