Hello, I have a Gigaset AS 450 A cordless phone (2 handsets) connected to a box.
I would like to amplify the ringtone of the second handset; if possible, how should I connect the amplifier?
Thank you very much.
I have no experience in this area.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 80.0

    Hello,
There are ringtone amplifiers that can be inserted between the box and the phone base.
Otherwise, you need to find a system with a sound sensor as input.

On which device do you want to amplify the ringtone? The base one or the other?

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it’s not there...

A sound sensor is a microphone... that needs to be installed under the charger of the remote telephone and will be amplified by a device like this (microphone provided with the device)

    Good evening
Thank you for getting back to me
I would like to amplify the ringtone of the second device which is in a different room from the base
What is a sound sensor? Is it a common device? How is it connected?
I hope for a solution at a reasonable cost
    Best regards

    Hello
it's an affordable solution, but it's not easy to implement on the Gigaset cordless phone since the speaker is in the handset.
Thank you for following up on my request.
    Best regards

The sound of the handset, in my opinion, can be captured with the detector attached under the charger.
There is a device that connects via radio (DECT) that should work, but it is stated to function exclusively with handsets from the brand ??? (Normally, any DECT device can be paired with all DECT devices!)
