Ringtone disabled on Alcatel XL650 Combo Voice

Hello,
The "crossed bell" icon indicating the ringtone is disabled appears on both the base and the handset of my Alcatel. No matter how long I press *, nothing happens.
I have reset the BBox, but still nothing.

    Hello and thank you for your advice, but no matter how long I press the # key, the crossed bell symbol does not disappear. It displays: "silence:--hours" (1 - 12 hours) in standby mode.
    Maybe you need to be on a call?

    For everyone who will spend a long time searching for the solution to the disabled ringtone problem, like me, you just need to press the + volume button and the muted bell disappears.
    Phew, it was a struggle, but I made it!

    Hello,
    To silence the ringtone, it is the # (hash) key that, by pressing and holding, activates or deactivates the ringtone.
    See the bell-shaped symbol printed on the # key.
