HP 3831 Color Printing Issue

Hello
My computer doesn't want to print in color even though the colors are activated in the settings... But it always prints in black and white...
Whereas when I print from my laptop, it prints well in color...

What should I do???

    If on one side it prints in color and on the other it doesn't, it means that the software you are using to initiate the print is telling the printer to do it in black and white....

    Look for the color setting in the print window

    The next step is to search in the control panel (printer properties) for the color option. You can force the printer settings independently of the settings in the print window.

    Hello,

    I have the same issue with the same printer, and every time I change my ink cartridges.

    Each time, I have to uninstall the printer and reinstall it.

    I contacted HP Support and my retailer, and the response was: you need to uncheck Black & White!!! Well, it’s not checked!

    Printer not recommended! It’s still under warranty, I’ll see what the retailer offers me.
