Hello,
I want to create a MacOS El Capitan installation USB drive for an old iMac running Lion. I followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_pPZoX9NH0&t=171s which suggests using Diskmaker. The problem is that after downloading the 6GB installation file and double-clicking on the InstallMacOSX.pkg file, the following error message appears:

Can someone help me?
I should note that the MacBook on which I want to create the USB drive is a MacBook Pro 2019...

    Hello,

You must have double-clicked on the file InstallMacOSX.dmg, which launched the installation process, and since your Mac is from 2019, it naturally refuses to run a system incompatible with recent hardware.

I recommend this tutorial instead: Create a USB OS X 10.11
