Hello,
I have a TCL U75c7006 smart TV and for a while now I have been unable to use applications that require a Wi-Fi connection, such as YouTube, MyCanal, etc...
I have tried turning off the Wi-Fi and turning it back on in the TV settings, but nothing works.
I have re-entered my Wi-Fi password just in case, but it's the same.
However, in the Wi-Fi settings of the TV, I can see the name of my router, and next to it, it says: "connected, no internet access."
I don't know what the problem is.

I unplugged the TV for a minute, but it was still the same.
So I decided to check the options again and saw that the time on my TV was wrong.
I went to the date and time options and switched the setting back to automatic.
Since then, it's working again; I have internet on the TV.
